Sponsor: Royal Medspa ("Sponsor", "we", "our").
You must call and book and redeem your code within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
Appointments are first-come, first-served; once filled, prizes expire.
One spin/prize per person/household per 12 months, non-transferable.
Open to individuals 18+ at time of entry. Valid government ID required at check-in and must match the name/email used to submit the lead form.
Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and their household members are not eligible.
Submit the website popup lead form with a valid email (and phone if requested), then press Continue to spin the wheel.
By submitting, you consent to be contacted by Royal Medspa via email, phone, and/or SMS for appointment coordination and marketing (opt-out any time; standard rates apply).
All prizes are promotional in nature, one-time use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers, memberships, financing promotions, or package pricing unless expressly stated in writing by Royal Medspa. Discounts apply to regular menu pricing only and exclude taxes, gratuities, and optional add-ons. Redemption requires calling to book and using the code within 7 calendar days of receiving it; capacity is limited and appointments are first-come, first-served (see Sections 4 & 7).
Applies to one (1) Fotona 4D Facelift (or clinic-designated equivalent). Not valid on multi-session packages unless explicitly allowed. Provider determines candidacy and exact protocol.
Applies to one (1) session for a single body area listed on the clinic menu. Additional areas/sessions available at standard pricing. Device/technique at provider discretion based on suitability.
Applies to one (1) in-clinic whitening session offered on the current menu. Shade change varies by individual; follow-up care not included unless stated.
Requires new enrollment in an eligible membership with autopay authorization. The first two months' dues are waived upon activation; standard dues resume thereafter unless canceled per membership policy. Member benefits follow the terms of the chosen plan.
One (1) intramuscular B12 injection following medical history review and provider clearance. Not a substitute for medical diagnosis or lab testing.
Applies to one (1) syringe of an eligible dermal filler selected by the provider based on medical appropriateness and availability. Additional syringes at standard pricing.
Nevada clinics: redeemed as a flat mini-TOX treatment credit (not per-unit) to comply with Nevada medical laws; final dosing is at provider discretion.
Other locations may honor as 10 units or an equivalent treatment credit, subject to clinic policy and medical suitability.
One (1) standard facial from the current menu. Premium services/add-ons are excluded unless expressly noted at booking.
All services are subject to medical consultation and approval by our provider on the day of service. If a prize service is not medically appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a comparable service or credit of equal or lesser promotional value; otherwise, the prize is void.
By accepting a prize, you grant us permission (where lawful) to use your first name, city, and/or before-and-after imagery in marketing, without additional compensation. You may decline photo/video at check-in if permitted by law and clinic policy.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion or any prize at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or clinic operations, with or without notice.
By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its providers from any liability arising from participation or redemption, except where prohibited by law. In no event will Sponsor be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Information collected is subject to Royal Medspa's Privacy Policy and used to administer this promotion and communicate with you about services and offers.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where the clinic is located and resolved exclusively in the courts of that state. Void where prohibited.
Check your email/text for your unique prize code and timestamp.
Within 48 hours, call 702-899-7100 to choose a time within your 7-day window.
Arrive on time with ID; show your code at check-in.
Complete any required medical forms/consult.
